  Dirty. Didnt make our food and then argued about making the sandwich. 30 minutes to get our food.

  Friendly employee took order and made our sandwiches, the manager was new and introduced herself to us. Very sweet, and very delicious food. However the music choice not so great. The song we walked in to was eminem song superman, if it was playing quite and we couldnt really hear it, fine, but it was very loud on the speakers and it was not the clean version, if I had children under age or even my mom or any elder with me, I would have left... again if it was barely heard by the staff jamin as they made food, okay, but not loud! The next song not as bad thank goodness. But maybe need to be more mindful of music choices for family, children.

  I had to ask dude to change his gloves after he handled cash….he had already made one customers order after handling the money and I had to stop him so he wouldn’t make mine with contaminated gloves 😭 gross

  Stopped buying Jimmy John's after the fourth time eating their sandwiches from this store gave me diarrhea. It's clear there is a food safety issue in this kitchen, likely the slicer not being well maintained yet used to cut everything from capocollo to lettuce. And that's not even touching on comparatively small quality control issues like sandwiches literally soaked in dressing or mayo through the bag. The manager is clearly hands off and they don't hire enough staff: it shouldn't take 35 minutes to deliver a sandwich at 2:30pm....

  Terrible place don’t ever go here I ordered a lettuce wrap the veggie style one it was $11 for it and when I unwrapped the paper this is what I saw I had my boyfriend take a picture of it I didn’t go back in because I’m sick and I don’t feel good I still ate it but there’s no reason it should’ve looked like this you couldn’t even pick it up and eat it DO NOT come here terrible
