  Went to the Springdale location 5761 and they didn’t have cilantro lime sauce, manager Andre’s didn’t seam to concerned at all I purchased it and figured since I waited 15 minutes like he said it would be done he still didn’t give it to me!!!! He had urgency for anything acted like he could careless

  Food is good workers are great but please have hard shells in stock when someone orders, its everytime i try to get hard shell tacos and they never have them. Its 730 pm so it's not like a prior to close thing

  Ordered online and the app said it was ready. We walked in and nothing was on the shelf. We asked the cashier about the order and she said they were working on it. As we waited, it didn't look like anyone was working on a big order or packing one to go. After 15 min i asked again and she said they were still working on it. She never even checked with anyone to see if that was the case. After 35 minutes we asked a guy who came out to clean up the drink station and he said "oh yes, I'll get it for you". It had been by the drive up window the whole time!!!! AND I decided to check the order because of the way this experience had gone so far. We were missing a sauce that we had paid extra for. When I asked about it they said they don't even have it available. I asked if I could have a refund since I was charged for it and they said they didn't know that they could do that. Eventually they offered to give me another salsa if I wanted it. We love Chipotle, but the service here is REALLY BAD! Giving a three star for the food since it's cold.

  The little girl that served me at 10:50 Monday July 20th had an attitude. I was the first and only customer and was waiting to be served. Had one gentleman tell me he would be with me in a second… 5 minutes passed with no communication. Says they open at 10:45… I was here yesterday as well at open, same problem. I watched ten people prep and prepare for customers… while there was one right in front of them being ignored. If the food isn’t ready till 11, open at 11. It’s not rocket science people. So customers, count on waiting 5 minutes until you are acknowledged. And then count on an attitude from little girls who hate they have to work. I will not be coming back until the owner replies to this comment telling me how they have fixed this issue. I also will be contacting the name you claim to represent, Chipotle Coorperate.
