- MJMikayla Johnson4 days ago5.0haven’t experienced customer service this amazing in a LONG time, and I had to take a moment to recognize it! The manager was absolutely fantastic. He was so attentive and thoughtful that it honestly felt like he could read our minds. 😂 He brought me the lids for my bowls AND a bag without me even having to ask. Like sir, HOW did you know exactly what I was about to need?! On top of that, he noticed we were hesitant about trying one of the spicy sauces, and after we sat down, he actually came over to our table and offered us a sample! It’s the little things like that that make such a huge difference. He wasn’t just doing his job; he was genuinely paying attention to his customers and making sure we had a great experience. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized because it’s becoming so rare to find people who go above and beyond without being asked. He made us feel welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely valued as customers. Chipotle, if you see this, PLEASE recognize this manager! He is an incredible example of what great customer service should look like. The food was great, but the service made the entire experience even better. 10/10. Absolutely loved it, and I will gladly be back!

He took this bowl (in the picture I uploaded) back and the worker promised he made it right. But my son knows how much food he usually gets and this isn’t right. $20+ dollars for this is INSANE. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Now I'm sitting waiting watching the front server over 10 guests while they laugh and play around in the back. Those 2 guys should be fired. They are sarcastic slow maybe if they stop playing and eeating the food would be made. I will never come back to this ghetto location. What a disappointment.
