  I had a horrible experience. I made an order for our guest to eat after my son’s graduation. They gave us only half of what we had ordered, and when I called and then had my Son go in to pick up the rest of our order, he was met with rudeness from the employees. When they finally made the rest of our order, one of the employees, a young girl held up our order above the counter and then let it drop hard, turned around without saying a word, and walked away. The food is mediocre and the service is bad. If you’re craving wings, head over to Wingstop or to Chilli’s. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness at those locations.

  Waiting an hour for food and drinks, 8 different tables around us got seated, drinks and food before we got drinks. Finally got up to pay for our drinks and left.

  Do you want to wait 45 minutes for your first appetizers? Have your food dropped off at a table behind yours and get cold before the waitress realizes it’s there? Not be offered new fries after they are cold because they sat there? Not have silverware until 10 minutes after your food is at your table? Then this is the place for you! Don’t worry, the supervisor offered a whopping $2 credit (less than 10% of the bill) for courtesy for our visit—what a great solution! (ended up not even adding it we had to remind him of his “solution”) I wouldn’t even go back if my food was free. The server even had a snarky remark “just so you’re aware next time, Thursday’s get crazy because of boneless bogo…” to someone at our table, as if we didn’t see 10+ wide open tables in the restaurant throughout the evening.

  Absolutely horrible service. Waited for over an hour for our food with a group of 15. Do not recommend this location if you are in Springdale Arkansas. There are better places to try in area.

  Horrible, given it multiple trys and its just bad, takes 30 minutes for order to be taken and the food to arrive even longer not even busy and cant get a simple "I'll be right with yall" every server just walks past and when confronted about the time they says it will be right out.
