  I've been coming to this one for the past 3 years and over the past couple months the quality of the food has gone down so bad that you almost have to force yourself to eat everything you ordered.

  After how poorly we were treated at the Claremore, OK location this store, specifically Zach, took very good care of us. We ordered at the wrong location, Zach had us park in the mobile spot and said he would bring it out to us. He walked out of his way to come outside when we parked to make sure we were good. He told us how to cancel and re order and then he brought it out to us. Claremore can’t even look while they are handing drink out. Outstanding job Zach and I hope they give you a raise!

  I imagine this is what dog food tastes like. We walked into a completely dead restaurant and somehow still felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and apparently taking an order is too much to ask now because everything has been pushed to the digital kiosks. I don’t want to stand there punching buttons into a computer just to order a couple of tacos. The whole process is unnecessarily confusing and impersonal, especially when there are employees standing right there and literally no other customers in the restaurant. And after all that, the food wasn’t even good. Taco Bell is supposed to at least have that cheap, guilty-pleasure nostalgia going for it. This didn’t even manage that. If Taco Bell as a chain is a solid 2/10, the Siloam Springs location somehow earns a -10/10. Won’t be back. Do better. This place should be embarrassed.
