  Very upset with sonic, we got there a good 10 minutes before they closed we had a very small order and they waited until 10:00 to tell us there where closed after already 5 more people pulled in after us letting all 5 down

  Sonic use to have really good food and good service, but the last few times I have been there to get lunch, it has been a nightmare. I try to speak plainly and slowly so that I may be understood. This one particular person who answers the order button cannot get the order straight. Today I ordered "two sonic burgers, no ketchup, no pickles, no cheese and two medium orders of tater tots". She repeats the order as " two double sonic cheeseburgers with bacon and two orders of tots". I said "no, that isn't even close to what I said." I had to repeat the order again. It finally showed on the screen the correct way. When it was brought to my car, the girl said it was two plain burgers and two orders of tots. I asked if the burgers had lettuce, tomatoes and onions. She looked at the ticket and said no, its two plain burgers and two orders of tots. I told her I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and onions on the burgers. She took the order back in and returned saying the burgers have lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I thanked her and apologized for my frustration, saying I'd been having problems every time that particular person takes my order. When I got home (only a few minutes away) The burgers were cold. It was obvious the burgers had been taken apart, vegetables added and then put back together and smashed flat. I regret not having taken a photo of the burger.

  Typical Sonic food and atmosphere. I like that they have lots hours for my granddaughter. Only carside ordering and food service. The menu is way too long. With a crazy list of things to put in drinks. Many sound and taste bad. But there a lot of plain drinks. Take a lesson from In & Out Burger. Burgers, cheese burgers, both with lettuce, tomato and maybe onions. Shakes - Ch - V - Straw. A few drinks and 1 size of handcut French Fries - the best.

  We ordered the new refreshers- they were terrible they tasted like nothing…. If anything like dirt. It was either poorly made or a poorly designed drink. We paid $15 for 3 and it wasn’t even good. The car hop messed up our order and gave my SIL an ingredient in her drink that she’s allergic too- when told it was an allergy the car hop huffed and puffed and was very upset she had to remake it. This is the worst sonic location….
