How does a Sonic change their phone number and not even update the Google entry? No one can contact you!

I went to pick up food for me and my coworker for lunch today and when I told them I was there for our food the lady came out of the store and made it out like I was trying to steal food and when I called to talk to a manager the phone didnt work. Terrible customer service dont get me started on the one ranch per order even for a large cheddar pepper.
