The best burger in NWA - flavorful, high quality and cooked nicely. Cyclone was filling and a yummy sweet treat. Glad we took a chance. Bonus - the music playing.

Ordered 6 meals to go. Ice cream shakes were phenomenal. Unfortunately a burger was left out of our to go bags so my husband and I split one burger. On the first bite I pulled a hair out of my mouth. Then right after me, my daughter pulled a hair out of her burger. 88$ worth of food. Outrageous prices for mediocre food.

I saw a billboard for Barnett’s while passing through Silom Springs AR and knew I had to stop. Great old school burger and ice cream stand. Juicy burgers, hand cut fries and handmade shakes with real ingredients. Super friendly staff and such a great experience. Definitely worth getting off the highway to visit. A true classic in business since 1967.

Awesome local place in Siloam. Food was great. I had a burger with an onion ring on top - so good! Ice cream was great too. Nice to have a good burger spot in NWA that isn't another chain.

On 4/19/26 around 3pm My husband wanted to take our baby and I on a date to barnetts because he remembers when him and his dad would come eat here. He talked the place up and I was ready for a treat. Upon entering we were not welcomed in. And since we haven't been here in a while we didn't know what items came on the burger so my husband asked what the Mr.B burger had on it. The kid at the register said the ingredients which I wasn't sure if it was on a patty or not. So I had my husband ask and the kid with a slightly annoyed tone says its implied that it's on a patty, well I didnt know if it was or not since he didnt say it was. And yes I get its implicated that its on a buger patty, the veggie burger was underneath it so I got confused if it was a special option. When we started to order the kid says their fryer is down so my husband and I decided to eat somewhere else as a burger is not filling without its side. We did not say anything to them about the fryer we just decided that we would rather come back another time. That was until I heared the kid from the register go to the back in the kitchen to report back to whom ever he was working with to tell them we werent dining in due to the fryer. And I over heard the other employee say something along the lines of
"It is not like we aren't trying our best to clean the old oil they can go eat wherever they want cause its not like we aren't trying" in an annoyed tone as well. And heard the employee saying the boss did not want to lose money by changing the oil earlier. Which we both understand stuff happens. But to talk about your customers like that while they can hear you is unacceptable. Its not like we complained that it was their fault. I did not say anything to either of them since i did not want to cause a scene since I really wasn't trying to make it a big deal to these kids. Just dont act like its a big deal if we chose not to eat at a restaurant that doesn't have their full menu available. Maybe be upfront instead of waiting last minute to say something about the fryer. Also suggest better customer service as we were met with not so great customer service entering and leaving the restaurant from the teenage employees here.
