    Expensive and Burnt! Weird young kids were quiet and unhelpful! Roach crawled across the table. Idk what’s happened to this place!

    Burgers were excellent, however it would have been nice to get full size (not what’s left at the bottom of the bag x 4) and fresh fries at the amount I was paying. Not a good place to eat on a budget.

    not like it used to be. over priced. burgers pushed onto grill to where they have no taste. not juicy. change your oil more in fryer.

    Ordered on the app as recommended by their website. Chose our burger toppings -normal lettuce, tomatoes (and grilled onions which we knew were an extra charge). When we got home with our order the lettuce and grilled onions were not on the burger. Called to let them know and was told by an obviouly irritated guy that their system didn't show those things were ordered. When I told the guy that I double checked my order on the app, he handed the phone over to someone else. When I explained the issue again I was told that sometimes their online system removes things when the orders come over. He unsincerely apologized but again said it wasn't showing on their side so there wasn't really anything they could do. We've been really disappointed the last couple of times we've ordered food from here as the food and service has seemed to really decline. If you know your app isn't working correctly you should probably pause that option until you gets the kinks sorted out. If that's not possible you definitely should not sound irritated to the customer who didn't get what they paid for when they call to let you know of the error.

    ​Barnett's used to be amazing, but our meal this weekend was terrible. I hyped this place up to an out-of-town guest, promised them the best burger in town, and was served an absolute embarrassment. The burger and the bun were so bone-dry that they were literally crunchy. It was substandard, tasteless, and completely inedible. We couldn't even finish them. Fast food would have been a massive step up from whatever we were served. Massive disappointment.
