It's actually kind of wild how often they forget to add the chai to the chai tea latte that I get every. time. I. go. By the time I realize it's wrong I've already driven away and I'm not turning around and waiting for a 2nd time in a line where no one has etiquette on letting cars that got there first go ahead of them at the merge.

I wasn't sure what kind of drink that I wanted. I said a purple drink and she patiently told me the drinks that are purple and I found the one that I had liked last year. It was so good. She was patient and kind. No rushing. It was also at a slow time.

Staff is always friendly and fun and makes it easy to make decisions if you’re not really sure what you want
