  I got there about 8:30 and I left at 9:00. My food was lukewarm and when I finally got it the young lady that brought it to me was very rude. I heard her chit chatting with the guy next to me and then she went back got him something that she might have forgotten the last about it and then went back got my food and before I could ask for anything, ketchup or salt, she was walking off. And I said is this everything and she said, " should be ". She was already halfway across a lot when she said that to me.

  Tonight I ordered a footlong hotdog and tater tots. I got a large tater tot container with 1 SINGLE tot in it. Don't bother complaining unless you have a receipt - which they never give you! They always leave it inside.

  Ordered slushes on the app. Arrived at the pickup time and checked in. 20 minutes later drinks still not brought out. I go inside and ask about order. I'm first told they don’t have the order but it's actually sitting on the shelf. I take my order even though I paid for one large drink and they made a medium. Manager: train your people better, hire an additional person, whatever it takes to have better service.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would . We sat at this sonic for over 20 minutes well before they were supposed to close we arrived at 10:38 pm pushed the button and no response thought maybe our stall was broken so we moved to a stall in front of the window pushed the button and still no response the whole time a female employee was right there making drinks and seem us but still wouldn't take our order .. this sonic is a joke .. I wouldn't recommend going there . If you don't like your job find another one . Kris kriger is the operaging partner.
