  I ordered a chocolate milk shake at the drive thru and after arriving home I realize it was blank no chocolate, no nothing, I did not realize until I had already driven home so I did not want to return to the store. I also noticed that after 3 hours sitting on my kitchen table that the shake never melted. It was just white foam. How can this be ice cream?

  Placed an order (and paid for it) here today around 11:30 am, during my 30 minute work lunch break. Waited for 23 minutes and did not receive my order and had to leave and return back to work before my lunch break was over. I did call back in to check on my order but it still wasn’t ready. I normally don’t have any issues with this Sonic location but today I did not get my order and had to leave and return back to work with no lunch for my lunch break. I did get refunded but it was still very frustrating.

  not everything was hot and it was too expensive even with a coupon..... I have nothing else to say about just company because they didn't even offer to give you a free meal or an incentive to come back
