  I came through drive through with my family including 2 small children on Monday May 18. @ around ~7pm. I cant see the serv code because the ink is too light on the receipt. We got to the window to pay and the young lady hit the wrong button so she had to call a manager, instead of saying im sorry, I need to get a manager to help she slammed the window closed and walked off. When the manager came to fix the order she had several other crew behind her talking very loud and inappropriately using profanity and swearing on gangs while looking at social media post on their phones, the manager had to ask them to quiet down so that she could concentrate. This is all happening in front of my 2 kids, my husband had to roll the windows up to avoid them seeing and hearing anything else. When we finally got to the second window food was cold and we were missing a medium fry. This was not the first time we have had an experience like this at this location and usually I just don't bother complaining but this was so obnoxious and out of line!! As a company that prides themselves on customer service and fresh delicious food this was a 0/10. KS#13 order 78
