I visited on July 5th, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The man taking orders at the drive-thru speaker was very rude. I was ordering three small Blizzards, each with a different flavor, and was reading the names directly from the Dairy Queen website. He repeatedly told me I was saying the wrong thing and seemed irritated while I was trying to place my order. I apologized and explained that I was simply reading the menu from the store's website. When I got to the window, the young woman helping us was very friendly and polite. While I was waiting, I noticed a sticker on the drive-thru window advertising a "Hot Dog & Drink for $2.50, July 3rd-5th" promotion. I mentioned it to my mom, who was with me. An elderly man with white facial hair, who had been speaking to the employee, abruptly interrupted and snapped, "That's no good. It needs to be taken down. That ended yesterday." I politely responded, "But today is July 5th." The young employee looked at me but didn't say anything, and it seemed as though she was uncomfortable responding. She handed me my card back, and I told her I hoped she had a good day because she had been kind and courteous throughout the interaction. After we left, we parked to try our Blizzards. Unfortunately, all three had very little candy or cookie mix-ins, which was disappointing. The young woman at the window provided excellent customer service, and I appreciate how friendly she was. However, the elderly man's attitude overshadowed the entire visit. If management sees this review, I hope they will provide him with additional customer service training. Customers who are polite and respectful should be treated with the same courtesy in return.

On July 01, 2026 at around 11:30 AM, I had a very poor experience at this location. The front counter staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional while taking my order. The behavior was so disrespectful that I felt I had no choice but to leave without completing my order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with basic respect, not attitude or hostility. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue so it doesn’t happen again.

Manager was talking bad about other employees in front of customers, when I ordered my food and received it, it was wrong and the manager argued with me at said no I did not order that and finally fixed it and I can hear him in the kitchen talking bad about me to another employee about my order and he kept going outside and talking to people and goofing off while there were customers waiting to get there orders takin, the restrooms were very nasty and dirty and no toilet paper or soap, will not be back again ever

Drive thru experience was a 10/10 today! Employee was friendly, knew the menu, helped me understand how to order what I wanted exactly, offered a pup cup for my dog, and service was fast and had all items included. Food was hot as tasty! I even let the girl know that she was doing a great job on the headset and her personality shined thru! Not sure if that's who was on my ticket but I love the name BTW ❤️ Great visit all around, room for improvement? Maybe throw a few more napkins in cuz I used all mine lol

It was decent food. It is looking a little dark as in it may need upgraded. Way to expensive for two meals.
