  The entire experience was disappointing. The people working there had 0 positive energy. Not 1 smile or happy tone, they all were more like zombies just there to collect a paycheck. The food was sad, disappointing, nothing was fresh, not even the bread and nothing like what was advertised on the menu. I ordered the #1 double, which is there roast beef and cheddar... with a medium curly fry. He ordered the ham and Swiss melt with a large curly fries..... nothing was as advertised. There wasn't nearly as much meat, with either sandwich, there was basically no cheese sauce, they literally just dripped some on the edge of my sandwich to make it look cheesy, I opened the sandwich and there was no cheese on the inside just a bit on the edges, the fries were so full of grease we didn't eat most of them and most of them weren't even curly fries, it was just broken pieces of what was once a curly fry. There were a few partially burnt crinkle fries in them. Their curly fries didn't come with any cheese sauce like they used to and the "arbys sauce" was just ketchup with something added to it that made it watery and vinegary. For $25 I expected a better meal. We will not be wasting anymore money on arbys food🤢🤮 now I know why the place was basically empty at peak lunch hour rush. The pictures show what sandwiches we ordered vs what we actually got.

  Ordered the gyro roast beef. Drive thru.could not bite into the bread.took it back .asked for order to be redone. Right off the bat they put the bread into microwave. I live in rv Park 1 minute away. Got back and tougher than leather. Service sucks
