  I think I picked the busiest time to order some food....all drive up slots were taken...I thought it was good thing that I placed a mobile order, but that didn't seem to expedite anything. My order was placed at 12:06 and said it would be ready at 12:11. Welp, it's 12:25 and I finally got my food .....

  Most of the workers there are so slow and so rude and normally I can get past that but today I went to go get me something to eat right before work I got my normal which is a ultimate meat cheese breakfast burrito and a small chili cheese fry. When I got to work the inside of my burrito was so burnt I could not eat it and my chili cheese fry look like it had been sitting out for hours. So I had to throw $10 worth of food away and was already at work so could not go back and get it replaced. I will not ever go back to that Sonic as long as I live until they can find new workers that actually give a damn about their job. The only worker that I truly like there I think his name is Jason or Jackson. He was actually working when I went through there today at around 4:30. Somebody needs to get that boy a raise

  Went to sonic in Sheridan and got and chili cheese coney with onions and asked for a side of onions got my food and checked it no side of onions so I asked for the side that I paid for so then the cashier which was really nice but the manager is saying I can’t have the onions that I just paid for because they was on the coney with had maybe 5 onions on it so it wasn’t enough why does management tell a paying customer they can’t have what they paid for so unprofessional and no way to manage any restaurant as a gm I would fire that manager

  Sometimes I wait at the drive up speaker for over 10 minutes before anyone speaks. Once I saw a young man get out of a parked car with a headset on and as soon as he got inside, he asked how he could help me... Other than that it's mostly fast and decent food.
