  Sometimes I wait at the drive up speaker for over 10 minutes before anyone speaks. Once I saw a young man get out of a parked car with a headset on and as soon as he got inside, he asked how he could help me... Other than that it's mostly fast and decent food.

  Worst experience today i drove off after siting in dive through line for 15 mins and no movement will not be back

  I went there this morning. Pushed the red button. Waited a few minutes. There was myself and 2 others in the parking lot. I didnt here anything. No one came over the speaker. No one came outside. I guess that particular button does not work. Or the kids that working there this morning did want to do anything. When i drove around and looked at the drive thru. All they were doing was either sitting on the counter and standing there doing nothing. This is the second time this has happened in the last month

  Ordered our drinks online. Drove up to the stall. Husband got med Diet Dr. Pepper. I got a cranberry mango water. They were delivered to us. Mine had no ice. Not what I ordered. 2nd time I got who knows what. Not my order. This time- the 3rd time, we went to the window. Told the kid this was the 3rd time to get my drink right. Got it and STILL not my drink!! We are done for the night. Bunch of kids horsing around with their buddies tonight. This is not acceptable. By the way, every order should be getting a receipt!!
