  Ordered our drinks online. Drove up to the stall. Husband got med Diet Dr. Pepper. I got a cranberry mango water. They were delivered to us. Mine had no ice. Not what I ordered. 2nd time I got who knows what. Not my order. This time- the 3rd time, we went to the window. Told the kid this was the 3rd time to get my drink right. Got it and STILL not my drink!! We are done for the night. Bunch of kids horsing around with their buddies tonight. This is not acceptable. By the way, every order should be getting a receipt!!

  So hi I would like to write this review based on the service I received around 2-3 pm with a carhop named Amy or amine something like that. And she was rude to me in a way that had me taken aback because everyone up there is very nice especially Jose so it shocked by the manner I was treated by please retrain her and hopeful she isn’t mean to coworkers.

  Well im currently still waiting for a refund from last week, I placed an order around 6:10am. The order was received. I pulled in and the interior lights were on but the overhead lights were off. Which is normal at this location because it causes people to pull in less thinking they aren't open. Anyway I parked and checked in. Waited and waited, as I was already running behind I gave up and left after 20 minutes of sitting. As I pulled out I see the employee pulling in. I cant say whether or not they just got there or of they came in started to open then left to run up the street. Either way I never received an order I was charged for. What's worse is I tipped that morning. So I paid for nothing other than running behind that morning. Sonic grew on me when. I first moved to sheridan, but the last two years has turned me away from sonic as a brand. No matter where I go its sub par service at best. The haskell ar location is just as bad, I once paid to add lettuce to a burger and no exaggeration theres was one single shred of ice berg added to it.

  Poor experience, no bacon on Burgers that are called bacon Burgers in the actual name. Cheese 2 times when we asked for no cheese. Kitchen staff completely incompetent!

  Pulled in to order, order was taken. 3 other cars pulled in around 5 minutes after i ordered. Took them almost 20 minutes to bring out 1 drink and 1 burrito and I was the last to get my food despite being first to order. Management also needs to keep a closer eye on the card readers at the menus because that also cost extra time. Do better!
