  Went to sonic in Sheridan and got and chili cheese coney with onions and asked for a side of onions got my food and checked it no side of onions so I asked for the side that I paid for so then the cashier which was really nice but the manager is saying I can’t have the onions that I just paid for because they was on the coney with had maybe 5 onions on it so it wasn’t enough why does management tell a paying customer they can’t have what they paid for so unprofessional and no way to manage any restaurant as a gm I would fire that manager

  Sometimes I wait at the drive up speaker for over 10 minutes before anyone speaks. Once I saw a young man get out of a parked car with a headset on and as soon as he got inside, he asked how he could help me... Other than that it's mostly fast and decent food.

  Worst experience today i drove off after siting in dive through line for 15 mins and no movement will not be back

  I went there this morning. Pushed the red button. Waited a few minutes. There was myself and 2 others in the parking lot. I didnt here anything. No one came over the speaker. No one came outside. I guess that particular button does not work. Or the kids that working there this morning did want to do anything. When i drove around and looked at the drive thru. All they were doing was either sitting on the counter and standing there doing nothing. This is the second time this has happened in the last month
