  I ordered an m&m sonic blast and what I got was not made correctly. I wasn’t even given a spoon to eat it with. But the lady said “have a blessed day” so I guess that makes spending $5.99 plus tax for mediocrity okay.

  Food was good. Got the order wrong though. Ordered double burger and only got a single when I opened it

  My wife and I decided to have sonic before she went off to work. We get there around 425-430. We order our food and wait for about 10-15 minutes before our carhop Brian comes out to our stall. He tells us the total we give him the money. He takes the money and the food! We then wait another 20 minutes (He was taking other orders, we could hear him two stalls away) before he comes back with our change and food. This experience was one of the worst we’ve had. Brian needs to work on his customer service skills and attitude. He didn’t explain the wait times, he didn’t provide the sauces we asked for, and his attitude towards my wife was upsetting. Needless to say if you want competent service and don’t wanna wait 35 minutes for sonic Go to literally any other sonic in town.
