  I asked for a oreo shake and it had all the oreos stuck in the bottom not mixed and my drink i asked for ez ice and got extra and I paid for a small ice cream of the app with other drinks and when I didn't get the small ice-cream I asked the staff and thay said it wasn't on the ticket and every time we go there is something wrong

  No bathroom to the public. They have a sign for the bathroom but you can't use it. When i pushed the button the asked me to wait a moment and took someone else's order and then never got back to me again so I had to push the button again. The person next to us had their order wrong and then blamed it on a new person and said it was right just not mixed up all the way which is not the professional way to go about that. None of the screens worked from what I could tell
