  Took 20 minutes to get my food because no one would answer with plenty of employees inside had to order through the app to get my food waiting another 20 for a employee to say I just clocked in and start handing food out

  So Disgusting, could not even eat my chicken fingers. My fries were cold and my chicken was so dark looked like cooked in old grease or sat for hours. Had to throw it out after one bite. Who would even serve food like this. I'm embarrassed for y'all. I will never come back. That's $11 I'll never get back.

  I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes for two cups of ice. When I got to the window, they tried handing me the wrong order. I repeated my name & order three times to the carhop at the window. Whichever carhop that was working the window from 12-12:30 on July 2nd needs retraining on working the window and her customer service skills. This isn't the first time we've had an issue with her service.

  Giving one star just on looks. The place looks horrible I couldn’t tell if it was a old sonic drone 20 years ago and just shut down or if it was open there’s never any cars there when I drive by I’d pass before I spent any money in that place all the negative reviews it’s your own fault
