    The carhop was pleasant and efficient. There was no need to remind that I needed sweeteners for my tea! The carhop also noted that the lemon cation would be closed “starting tomorrow “ buy there were two other locations available. She stead the location addresses. That’s a first! What would be nice: half priced drinks with use of app.

    This location always gives me issues. If you visit this location you will be met with at least one: poor quality of food, painstakingly slow times to prepare and deliver food, order accuracy (or inaccuracy I should say), food poisoning or rude service. I generally don't come here unless I'm in an absolute pinch like I was today. I wanted to get a cold drink for my son and wife as we were bringing her lunch at work. I ordered 2 sweet teas and paid via card reader. The carhop came out with the wrong order and requested payment again even though I had already paid and tipped. Even the screen prompt showed I paid. As the total was only $2.70 and I had somewhere to be with little time to spare I reluctantly handed my card. She charged me again and came back with what appeared to be the correct order. Gave her a cash tip, thanked her and quickly left. Apparently one of the staff put a hole in the bottom of one of the drinks and I failed to notice until about a mile down the road where one of the cups had leaked about a 1/4 of the contents into my combined cupholder where my phone and one of the drinks was resting. After pulling over I was able to assess and clean up the sweet tea that had filled my cup holder, got inside my phone and dripped all over my clothes and truck interior. Had I not been in a rush I would have cought it. I am extremely unpleased and will never give this location my business again. They can expect 2 charge backs on my card.

    Your screens don’t work and I didn’t carry cash so it wouldn’t let me tip the carhop. The tap to pay is all that worked.

    I ordered online, they forgot my sauce. I park at a screen and ask for sauce, they're nice about it, they bring me the wrong sauce. I then proceeded to push the button again because I'm starving and just want sauce and the lady over the intercom is yelling through it and altogether was just being really rude. I have now sat here for like 10 minutes and nobody's brought me the sauce. EDIT: Finally got my sauce, server again had a really awful attitude and if my husband wouldn't have caught the sauce she basically would've just thrown it on the ground. As someone who has experience as a server I'm not very sure why her mistake was taken out on us. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming back.
