  Sat for 40 mins waiting on drinks finally some came and tried to give me the wrong order I told her and she went and got my order another 10 mins. For 2 drinks 50 mins total wait time. That is freaking ridiculous. Do better Russellville.

  Yall some of us only get 30 minute lunch breaks. Especially in the medical field. Please do better. I just sat there for 20 minutes waiting on a chilli dog. I got one bite of it. And that one bite was cold. Please do better. I always forget why I don’t go to this sonic until I get burned again. It’s a bad experience every time.

  Had to call the phone number to get an answer they wouldn't answer the stall after waiting got a rude girl on the phone who cussed and yelled that I hung up when I was still on the phone and the only solution they said "well move to another stall maybe the one your at doesnt work anymore" when all the workers expect two girls was hanging out out back by the dumpers and cars and the two firls was standing in the front talking

  The carhop was very rude. We had 4 drinks and she brought them out but we asked if we could get a drink carrier. She proceeded to make an annoyed face and aggressively handed us the drinks. She came back out with 2 folded up drink carriers and walked away without a word. She didn’t even bother to open them. There was only one other car here so it wasn’t even like she was in a rush. Even if she was though, we would have been patient if she had not been rude.
