We placed an online order and waited about 15 minutes in the drive through line, and then about 5 minutes at the window. However, we knew it was a busy night before we went, so no big deal. When we get to the window, the girl tells us that they "put extra chocolate for us" in our mocha brownie blizzard. My boyfriend would never have asked for extra chocolate pieces as they're not his favorite, but he's not the type to complain. He tried it, and I asked him if it was good. He said it was "weird." Honestly I tried it to see what he was talking about, and it was horrible. It was extremely bitter, almost like very burnt coffee. I convinced him to take it back to get it remade. At that point, they admitted they put extra mocha concentrate in it on accident, not extra chocolate. So they tried to pass off their mistake as a gift to us. Honestly, a mistake is fine. It happens and as long as it was fixed we wouldn't have cared. But, lying about your mistake and serving something inedible to cover your butt? Completely different story. Between that and the fact that 2 meals was almost $40, we absolutely won't be returning.

Feel a little like they’re too concerned about freaking ice cream then actual food cause when it comes to actual food, they tell you they’re waiting on fresh meat so you’re waiting for 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through

The bathroom was nasty. Let's just say the toilet needed help. The wall in the bathroom had something smeared on the wall. I'm not even going to guess. I let 2 people know and the female ignored me and the male mumbled something.

So I went to Dairy Queen I haven’t been there in a long time. I want to try something different so I go through the drive-through. It’s about four cars there which was no problem. I didn’t mind so I get to the speaker he ask me to to wait and I was like no problem so maybe About three minutes past so I was like hello He asked me could you please wait I said OK about three more minutes past by I said hello he must’ve went off telling me how busy they were on the inside and I was like OK what does that have to do with me? He was like what does that have to do with you? I said you know what that’s OK. I’m calling and reporting this which I did. It gave them the information they were supposed to be reaching out to the owner and I was expecting a call back which I never received one so I called back let them know something they will get with the to the owner, Let them know. I’m expecting to hear from them, never heard one thing back so that Let’s me know obviously if they don’t care. Cause silence is complacent and if I’m running a business, I’m gonna make sure my customer are taken care of .Im apart of this community and I really don’t do this but you don’t treat people like that especially when I’m trying to spend money there and I Could’ve went anywhere anywhere else, so I decided to post it and what kind of manager is that to be yelling in the drive-through so if I heard it, I know the people and I heard it too.

Manager was listening to a game or something very loudly sitting at a booth when we walked in and was still listening to it when he got up from the booth in the cooking area even when we was leaving. When we ordered our food he got up and went straight to cooking area an didn't even wash his hands. Never was asked if we wanted to make our drink a lrg ect. One thing that i didnt understand was i asked for reg mustard and he told me it was 25 cents no biggie but then he brought me like 4 packs an i asked him if they was 25 cents a peice an he said oh i thought u said honey mustard but brought me what i asked for so little confused on that part. Wasn't greeted or even acknowledge when we left. Chicken stripe where very dry, sons burger had so much ketchup on it that it went all over him. Just not a great experience for us.
