  Ordered on the app for pick up, had (2) steak kids meals, large queso and chips, extra chicken protein cup. Let me start by saying this is the worst Chipotle we’ve ever visited. The tortillas were not wrapped in foil as they should be, so we got hard tortillas, they were disgusting. The Veggies, were burnt and very soggy! The steak was very very charred and spicy, the chips were disgusting, tasted like they were cooked in old grease. We were shorted on the large queso which was very expensive, to only receive a small cup, when they normally come in a bigger bowl. We were given (brown) rice I’m assuming they didn’t have (white) at the time. We spent $30 here and I will saw this was not worth it!! Very disappointed because you can’t call the store, you can only chat with a pepper which got us no where! We truly hope someone will see our comments and reach out because this was not good service or food!

  Food is always super duper yummy and fresh! The workers have always been super sweet and friendly also. I love this Chipotle location and frequent it often! All of that being said, I have noticed that the two managers are unkind and unprofessional. I understand they have a business to run but they should help their employees when things get hectic. For example, there was a line of people waiting for a certain protein to get off the grill. The cook was working on it and she already seemed to be busy preparing something else. The two manager were standing at the register watching their employees scramble. Didn’t offer to help, all the managers did was snap at them to hurry up! On a separate occasion I was picking up a mobile order in store and as I was grabbing it the manager snapped at me and told me to “stop and wait for an employee to make sure everything is in my bag.” She didn’t say this in a polite tone and I still can’t get over that she physically snapped her fingers at me. I checked everything in my bag and told her “Everything is in here!” with a smile on my face. She snapped at one of her employees to go check my bag of food and had me waiting still. What if I had places to be! The poor worker looked so stressed. One more thing. A customer went up to the managers and said that he didn’t the chips he ordered. The manager rolled his eyes at him! What kind of customer service is that! Anyway, clean location and nice food. The managers need to get off of their high horses and treat people with respect, especially the people that work for them.

  I love chipotle and their food but i can’t ever seem to leave and get my correct order. Guess I need to start checking my bag before I leave the pickup lane. The first time they gave me the wrong order and I will say they remade it and gave me a free entrée card which was very kind! The second time my burrito was rolled into a ball for some reason?? This time they forgot my queso. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for 15 minutes. I have never written a review let alone a bad one in my life, because I do understand mistakes happen but this pattern is kinda annoying.

  Traveling thru, food and service good. Handicap spot is far from entrance. Suprised this ADA violation is allowed. Exit door is near handicap, however locked. Could be a handicap entrance.
