  Food is always super duper yummy and fresh! The workers have always been super sweet and friendly also. I love this Chipotle location and frequent it often! All of that being said, I have noticed that the two managers are unkind and unprofessional. I understand they have a business to run but they should help their employees when things get hectic. For example, there was a line of people waiting for a certain protein to get off the grill. The cook was working on it and she already seemed to be busy preparing something else. The two manager were standing at the register watching their employees scramble. Didn’t offer to help, all the managers did was snap at them to hurry up! On a separate occasion I was picking up a mobile order in store and as I was grabbing it the manager snapped at me and told me to “stop and wait for an employee to make sure everything is in my bag.” She didn’t say this in a polite tone and I still can’t get over that she physically snapped her fingers at me. I checked everything in my bag and told her “Everything is in here!” with a smile on my face. She snapped at one of her employees to go check my bag of food and had me waiting still. What if I had places to be! The poor worker looked so stressed. One more thing. A customer went up to the managers and said that he didn’t the chips he ordered. The manager rolled his eyes at him! What kind of customer service is that! Anyway, clean location and nice food. The managers need to get off of their high horses and treat people with respect, especially the people that work for them.

  Traveling thru, food and service good. Handicap spot is far from entrance. Suprised this ADA violation is allowed. Exit door is near handicap, however locked. Could be a handicap entrance.

  We stopped through here while traveling. The location is awesome right off the interstate with other services nearby. The real star of the review goes to the manager, Sara, who not only took great care of us, but was a total sweetheart. We enjoyed the meal, and the friendly service. Would highly recommend!

  Not the best experience. The meat was very fatty, the toppings were rather bland and the queso tasted more like a flour paste than and cheese product. Best part of my "bowl" was the corn salsa. I paid over $25 for a bowl and a drink and didn't get my receipt, so I'm not sure what I paid for. Bathroom floor was definitely not clean. I have other comments, but I will just say I would not drive out of my way to go there again like I did this time.

  We ate here in early July. Everything was great👌 Later my mom thought she left her glasses...my husband called (it goes to a corporate number! But apparently got transferred to the store) to ask if they found any glasses. They went and looked and said no. Fast forward to July 20th, I was in the area and went in just to see if someone had turned them in. The young cashier looked under the counter and back to the office. When she came out without them, she offered me a drink to which I finally accepted (because she was really practicing such great customer service skills and I wanted to acknowledge that!) and she handed me 2 cups! She (and all the staff on that closing shift) were caring and friendly and personal! I didn't catch her name, but will definitely remember this experience, as the younger generation in general are not familiar with Customer Service let alone Greatly Skilled at it. Thank you for giving me such refreshing service, and renewing my hope for your generation! 10 stars to this young lady and the staff!
