- LDLaura Deal4 days ago2.0The crew has gone downhill quickly. I waited in the line while the crew member was leaned over in the car in front of me for an extended period of time. Several cars in the other lane had been waited on while I waited for the girl to get “out of the car!” I’m not sure what she was doing but it didn’t look good. They talk to cars that come through no matter who is waiting in line for their drinks. Now I’m waiting on my drink. Also the price keeps increasing on drinks while the service goes downhill.

I moved here about a year ago from NWA, and ever since then it’s been hard to get a consistent coffee. I pretty much always order the same thing, a hot white mocha with one or two extra shots depending on the day, but it almost never tastes the same twice. There have been quite a few times where I’m pretty sure they forgot the extra shot, especially when it’s busy. Occasionally, I’ve also asked for my drink to be at a drinkable temperature, and it still comes out so hot that I can’t even drink it for while, so it just sits. Half the time, I forget about it. Lately my husband has been grabbing my coffee, and a lot of those orders have been wrong too. Today was kind of it. My small coffee was maybe 60% full. At this point, it kind of feels like every visit is a waste of money. I get that a lot of the employees are young and that working a busy drive-thru isn’t easy. I’m not expecting perfection. I just want the drink I’m paying nearly $7 for to be made right and be consistent at least 85% of the time. I really hope this location can improve training and quality control, because I’d love to be able to rely on my local 7 Brew.
