  I went to 7brew today and I wanted a drink and this young lady named Gabrielle Biggers helped with finding a coffee drink while keeping a big smile on her face!! I loved attitude and her big smile that she had the whole time. Will definitely be going back!!

  I absolutely love 7Brew in Russellville! They keep the lines moving, always get my order right and have the sweetest and cutest workers around. My personal favorite is a chippy and easy going Lily Mae. She always makes great conversation and my time at 7Brew enjoyable! If you find yourself in the Russellville 7Brew line look for Lily Mae! ❤️❤️ ☕️

  I absolutely love 7brew, and there is just one worker who I absolutely adore. Gabrielle Biggers literally has to be the best worker I have ever seen in my entire life. She is so hard-working so kind and just pure joy radiates off of her. I did not know this girl at all until I became a normal customer and now I’m always on the lookout for her every time I go through the drive-through.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at 7 Brew, and I especially want to recognize Lily Ma Humphrey for being such an excellent server! From the moment I arrived, Lily was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. She had a great attitude, a big smile, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another quick stop for coffee. Lily was attentive, patient, and made sure everything was exactly right. She was knowledgeable about the menu, answered questions without hesitation, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys their job, and Lily definitely gives that impression. Her positive energy and kindness really stood out. The service was fast and efficient, but Lily still took the time to make me feel appreciated as a customer. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find, and it deserves to be recognized. She represented 7 Brew extremely well and is a great example of what excellent service should look like. The coffee was great, but honestly, the friendly service made the visit even better. Lily Ma Humphrey deserves some serious recognition for the way she treats customers and represents 7 Brew! I will definitely be coming back, and I hope management knows what a valuable employee they have. 10/10 service, great attitude, and an overall excellent experience!
