  I genuinely cannot believe I'm typing this, but here we are. Our server at Top Golf decided the best way to communicate "it's time to go" was to place a towel directly onto our plates of food. Food we were mid-bite into. No words. No warning. A towel. On our food. I've experienced rushed service before — this was something else entirely. It was rude, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. We are paying customers who deserved basic respect and a simple verbal heads-up at minimum. Top Golf, please look into this. Your guests deserve far better than this kind of treatment.

  Food was great as always and the atmosphere was only at a four because of our server. We never did catch the name of our server but the young lady with the split dye was not attentive. She did approach us as soon as we got to our bay and we ordered a couple drinks and it took 30+ minutes for fountain drinks & waters. What was most disappointing, is the fact that we could see her serving the other bays around us great. She never once checked on us until after I tried to order from the bartender and then she (bartender) made sure that our server came to check on us. Once time came to check out she didn’t even deliver our ticket to us even though she was standing near by. Another server had to took care of us.

  Everything about this place is just amazing. I’ve been here plenty of times over the years and never had a bad experience. I had to write a review after yesterday’s experience. Our server Hayden was amazing and had great energy, that is exactly the type of service I’d expect to see in an establishment like this. Hayden was quick to get what we needed and checked in with us at all the right times. There was an issue with our bill when we went to pay, however Hayden was quick to get it worked out and make it right for us + he brought us donuts on the house for our friends birthday! 10/10 service and experience.
