  I bought a mexican pizza and it tasted like chemicals, I think it was expired. Brought it back, they remade it, still tasted disgusting. They gave me a free freeze, but they really need to step their game up. So sloppy.

  Showed up for a mobile order i placed, a luxe box, customized. Get to the drive through, didn't notice my order reset to basic until i pulled around, got the wrong items except for the drink and chips. Go inside, the manager(didn't get her name but she was black and wearing a face mask, 2026 btw) refuses to even come talk to me lol, tells her front employee she will absolutely NOT remake the food and i will have to repay it again🤣 refused to even say a word to me but once i left the food on the counter and was almost to the door she has the courage to yell out "have a good day!" Lmao what a business. Happened around 6pm, won't go back, and i hope she reads this, this why you working here under staffed😘

  Just sat waiting for my Luxe box that has 4 things for 25 min no initiative from the staff seems like it's not a hard job but I guess when you stuck doing sumthing you hate your gonna make it shit for everyone else too
