I got charged for a 12 inch Philly plus 2 eggs and a drink for a total of 24.73. My total should have been 12.55. When I brought it up to the cashier she said "that's how the manager has us charge it". I of course still wanted ny breakfast so I paid it when I probably shouldn't have. I would avoid this place since they like to overcharge you with approval from management.

I noticed that the tea containers were left open without any lids, and the drinks were placed in a public area. That doesn’t seem safe or sanitary at all. When I politely asked the staff about it, instead of addressing the concern, they became very emotional and said, “Yes, it’s not sanitary—do you still want it or not? If you don’t like it, just leave!” I was honestly shocked. I was simply hoping for a clean and safe environment for customers. Is that too much to ask? Very disappointing experience.

The person that was suppose to bag them switched the orders on an older lady in front of me. If this was a 30 year old man they would’ve fixed it immediately but she sat there and waiting for numerous other people to place their orders before hers got fixed. Well, these guys argued about who bagged it. When at least three customers saw the sandwich be made. By the way this is my first review on anything so you know it was bad. Do better.
