  I didn’t catch the guy’s name that brought us our food (I’m awful at remembering names) but he was awesome! Great attitude and energy. Super helpful. Our food was great, hot, and accurate!

  I don’t know what the Male server name is but damn if I was hawing a bad day I would come here and order anything to talk to that dude again talk about Turing the energy around just to be told he’s always on the up and up forget the food the service like that is unheard of try to give him a tip he turned it down talk about a genuine human being being just trying to make sure you have a great day 5 ⭐️

  Needs new management. Worried more about “metrics” then customer service. Empty parking lot, ordered 3 mini ice creams and took over 10 minutes. The order tracking was complete and said order delivered, pushed the button again for service and took 5 more minutes to get the 3 mini ice creams. Very obvious they completed the order before it was done so the system was not showing how long it really took. Then when asked why it took so long was told bc the ice cream is hard to mix.

  So went their March 15 2026 around 8:40pm got 2 sonic burgers deal got home the French fries looked liked they were either freezer burnt or way over cooked they were so hard we couldn’t eat them and the burgers wasn’t so good either I’ll never go back to that one!!!
