  I had placed my order at 10:00 and it was a quick pickup and we were in the stall for almost 20 minutes and they said our food was ready by 10:09. We were okay w that so we didn’t care understandable because we work in the industry. All that to say we got our order we open it and we ordered a foot long coney and it didn’t come with chili and we ordered mozzarella sticks as well and we didn’t get it as well. They just gave us a foot long coney just w cheese and I didn’t get the chili and when we called they told us they just replaced it without telling us at all. They messed up $50 worth of food and didn’t care and was rude when we called.

  Found this is my oreo mixed ice cream call to let them know, the manager did not act concerned literally said let me check the ice cream machine and with in 5 sec said the machine looks fine. Then he says are you sure it is the right store.

  Please, please reline your parking lot! It’s the biggest cluster because there aren’t defined turn out lines. I’ve spend 15+ minutes waiting to turn right because someone is in the right hand lane attempting to turn left. You all see your parking lot get backed up literally to the drive through. Do better.

  The worst experience i have ever had at sonic. The burger was not cooked all the way. The fries were half cooked and a glob of grease. The onion rings were not even rings. They were broken tiny pieces and the only thing cooked. I am never going back. They even told me it would be a little wait for my order. I was fine with that. Until I got my food home.

  NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM! CUSTOMERS/EMPLOYEE BATHROOM WAS FILTHY AND NO SOAP, NO HAND SANITIZER! NEVER EAT HERE!
