  Brisket queso was great. Steak was cooked perfectly, but a commodity meat with no marble made for an all beef chew. Shrimp was well done and rubbery. Honey butter on the steak too... less than desirable. Baked sweet potato was good. Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean. For the price, I expected more out of the meal. Would choose Longhorn over this, Colton's over that, and ultimately Texas Roadhouse over them all.

  The good: Good service and nice, clean restaurant. Bathrooms were very nice. My wife had grilled chicken. It was marinated and cooked to tender perfection... delicious. The bad: I ordered the 12oz ribeye, medium. It was somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2in thick and, of course, well done. Hard to get medium out of such a thin cut of meat. Maybe it came from a very thin cow? The manager did come out and offered to do a new one, but, did that mean I was going to get another flat steak? I assumed so since they did not seem too surprised about the thinness of my steak. So, I declined and ate what they served me. I was quite hungry anyway. I would have given 3 stars but i really just came there for a good steak. It was a colossal fail in that dept. Now that I know the steak standard at salt grass, I won't eat there again. Plenty of others to try.

  Took my family to dinner tonight. We were a party of five and were seated very quickly even with a full restaurant. Steven was our server. He did a great job. Easily one of our top two servers we’ve had so far this year. Dinner was very good and my steak was cooked perfectly. From appetizers to dessert our experience was a 10! I highly recommend Saltgrass and Steven as a server. You can’t go wrong.

  Salt grass was busy tonight with a concert going on at the AMP but we were greeted with smiles and sat right away. Our server was Steven. He did an excellent job. He made sure we had drink refills before we ran out, brought our appetizers and food out promptly and did everything with a great attitude. We will definitely request his section on our next visit. The food was fantastic and we took home desert which looks equally as delicious as our dinner.

  Went on a Wednesday night so the crowd was pretty light. Can’t speak for what it’s like during a rush but the food was amazing and the service was even better! I’m usually not one for chains but we were celebrating a birthday. With this experience alone it makes me want to go back again and again Our server Allena was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many high end restaurants where you could tell people are trained to do what they do but everything about her felt so natural like she wouldn’t trade it for anything else. I personally felt like I went to an aunts house and she wanted to make sure we were fed and our needs were taken care of I’m not a critic and am terrible at endings but just had to share how great our experience was!
