  Lori was our waitress last night. We eat here a lot. She's the best waitress I've had in a long time. She was on her toes with a smile and so kind and sweet. She made our evening very enjoyable. We will be requesting her for now on. She's definitely a jewel on your staff..

  I don't usually leave reviews anymore, but I'm making an exception. We always have a great experience at Saltgrass, but this visit was above par. Our waitress, Lori, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, made sure we knew our options, and checked on us just the right amount of times. Most waitresses around the area in other restaurants make you feel like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you, but not Lori. I would highly recommend going to Saltgrass and requesting a seat in her section.

  Our server was Lori who is of South Korean descent. She was extremely willing, available, very bubbly, warm and welcoming. Would always want Lori to be my waitress. She makes me feel special. Saltgrass has become one of our favorite places to eat and the service has always been excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and/or take them there anytime

  Great experience here, absolutely astounding service. Our server Steven was great, he kept our drinks full and everything was so smooth. I’m astonished that this place isn’t packed all the time. Service, incredible! Quick, precise, and friendly. Food, awesome! Delectable, flavorful, and delicious! For the price it’s definitely worth it, feels a bit more high class than something like Texas Roadhouse while not being insanely expensive. You’ll spend a decent bit but the service alone justified the cost. Food: Brussels Sprouts - Honey sriracha glazed 🤤 Flash Fried Green Beans - So good 😊 Chicken Laredo - Words can’t describe how awesome this dish is Ribeye - Pretty solid!

  We ordered a filet steak for my daughter, to be prepared medium. When she cut into it, it was close to well done. We immediately let the person know who’d brought our food, who proceeded to argue back and forth with us about its temperature. She eventually took it back and said they’d re do it. Note that not one bite of this steak had been eaten. They brought us a new one, this one still wasn’t medium but at this point, my daughter was hungry so we just decided to just go with it. This is really where the story should end. I was more than happy to pay for this steak along with all the other food we had ordered even though it wasn’t cooked correctly. But when it came time to pay the waitress had the audacity to inform me that they’d decided not to charge me double for the problematic steak - once for on the one I sent back and one for the one that was eaten - I’d only be charged for one of them. How gracious of them not to charge me for their own inability to cook a steak correctly. Anyhow there were multiple other issues, and so I would say avoid this place if you can help it.
