  We were really disappointed with our experience. They were out of several items, which is something customers should be told before ordering. The chicken was hard, and there was barely any included in the meal due to them running out. Food was cold. The discount they offered didn’t make up for the poor quality or missing items. We ended up not even finishing the food and decided to go somewhere else to eat. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

  5.07.26 5pm I used to love Qdoba. I know it from Cincy and Atlanta. This location did not represent the brand well at all. No Cholua Chx; the young man did make some. However, none of the food was hot. Several dirty tables, the young lady working the register had as much personality as a dead ant. Even the queso was barely warm. There were no hot sauces available, there was no pepper at all, had to ask for salt. Very poor representation of the brand. In town for a week, was excited to go here. I can honestly say, I’d never go back. There were a few pick up orders however we were the only customers dining in. I know good help is hard to find; but this was bad.

  I’m a content creator, and I also work in the area. One thing I am all about is great customer service. I came in to order one of the nacho bowls. I wasn’t greeted or welcome, the girl at the front with the brown hair and black jacket was not pleasant at all. I still made sure to tip her. I wasn’t offered a drink, or chips. It was frustrating. It was my first time coming in here and definitely my last. That was insane.

  Absolutely horrible. The employees and not friendly or welcoming at all. When I get a quesadilla it's always so soggy and dripping the juices from the pico and corn. When we walk in the employees look at you like they are mad they have to help you. There is always people hanging out with the employees at the table right next to the register. One time they were blocking the isle so we couldn't get by to go sit down and wouldn't move till I asked. The employees and their friends were very loud and talking inappropriately while there were children in the dinning area. I have never felt so rushed when ordering food and they never ask you if u want sour cream or guac. You have to ask for it and half the time they still won't give it to you. The food is never fresh and the restaurant is always filthy because they just want to hang out with their friends instead of actually doing their job. I will never recommend this location and highly suggest nobody eats the food until the health department inspects this location.
