  The moment I walked in, I knew I should’ve walked out. There was more staff standing around than there were patrons. I sat up at the bar. The bartender greeted me. She didn’t speak very clearly, but I was able to decipher what she said, and I ordered a beer and then I ordered a fillet mignon medium well when my state came out, it was medium rare they took it back. It came back. it was still medium rare. The manager came over and wanted to redo me a whole steak and I told her to never mind I will just pay for my beer that is sour and you need to change out your beer. I will pay for that and I will leave. They did offer me a gift card for my next visit however, I will never visit there again

  So I'm very familiar with the menu from the outback I've been a customer for over 20 years, this was my first time however being disappointed with a shortage of some of the items in the menu, but the manager charge Annette Dempster made it all better for us, in fact they even got the broccoli I thought they also ran out! Very pleased with the service! Thank you ❤️

  We were seated promptly for an early dinner, around 5-530pm, and were accommodated in a booth in the corner, which was ideal for our group. Our order was taken in a timely manner, and our drinks and bread were delivered expeditiously. We ordered four steaks, all medium, but three of them were served rare, so we returned them. When they were re-presented, they were cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the baked potato soup did not meet our expectations this visit, as it seemed that the recipe had changed. We were visited by management and checked on frequently, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and we intend to return. Our only suggestion is that we wish you offered hot fudge, as we were introduced to it with the bread at your Jonesboro, AR location years ago and have been fond of it ever since. Naturally, we requested hot fudge with the bread, but were disappointed to be served chocolate syrup instead, which did not pair well with it.

  Last minute deciding to eat out on Mother's day after busy day. Easy to get on waitlist .seated as soon as we arrived. Service was good. All of us ordered steak and it was all cooked the way we wanted. Extremely tender and tasty. Would definitely go again

  I would leave a zero! I ordered waited and hour then went inside when it said my order was done waited 20 min standing there after they said it was done then came back and said it hasn’t even been started. At this point it had been over 1.5 hours. I’m pissed Mother’s Day is ruined as they can’t get on the same page wasted almost 2 hours waiting for nothing to be prepared I did get a refund but they should of given me a free meal!! Horrible service never recommend going here!!!
