    This jimmy John's is very disorganized , they labeled the sandwiches wrong , which was not a big deal because I was taking it home but if I had been bringing one to my fiance and the other to work then we both would have got the wrong sandwich ,

    This Jimmy John’s is the definition of Freaky SLOW. Ordered an in store pickup ahead of time because we had 2 small ones that are learning to wait. After driving 20 minutes to the store we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our order. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten in and out quicker. This is not the first time it’s been like that. Not sure why it took so long when there was 5 employees working, nobody in the drive thru.

    Yesterday received a promo text from Jimmy John's for BOGO toasted sandwiches and the app kept saying the promo code could not be applied. Asked for help from the manager, and the manager admitted they don't even have the app so therefore wouldn't know how to help me. Say what!? How can someone be a manager and not even know about the app that your customers are going to use everyday hundreds of times I'm certain. I showed the Manager the app on my phone and walked through a sandwich selection with her and applied the promo code and still nothing. Asked for a manual override at the register. Again she said sorry can't do that so we left without making a purchase and ate somewhere else.
