They were literally almost black with no salt 😠this is so rare considering 5 is known for dropping fresh fries as you get there, it was so weird that my order was ready as soon as I walked in— solution: told me to come back for a replacement as I was already home ðŸ«

The manager had us tell them what the order was and he got it all fixed up for us nice and quick so we wouldn't have to drive all the way to the Bentonville location. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
