My pizza was delivered to a completely random person — someone who didn’t even live at my address. The driver didn’t verify a name, didn’t ask a single question, didn’t confirm anything. They just handed MY food to a stranger even though my full address was right there on the box. When I called the store to get help, there was zero sympathy, zero empathy, zero accountability. They didn’t care at all about the fact that my food was given away. No explanation, no effort to fix it, no urgency. Just a lazy “sorry” and then they hung up on me like my issue didn’t matter. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. If you can’t even deliver to the correct address and can’t be bothered to help when YOU mess up, then what exactly are customers paying for? Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
