  Most game my card “couldn’t take because of tickets or I didn’t have enough credits” I spent $200 and I had to wait for service to get a card and credits but also drinks and food. It used to be great but I will not coming back

  My boyfriend and I have been to many D&B's ranging from Pennsylvania,NC,SC,TN,FL,GA,TX,AR let me tell you we never had an experience like this one. Most locations we have been to have late hours so weve never stayed til close to closing time. We were in the middle of playing a game when all of a sudden every machine shut down. I went over to the girl working the front whom had been leaned over the counter on her phone since we had arrived 1.5 hrs earlier we informed her hey we had some credits left on the machine we were unaware that they would shut off she said everything's shut down soooooo which I took as she was unable to return the credits I had back to me. We waited and a server asked if he could help I told him what happened I said I got 2 of the same funko pops if they could trade one out id call it even since my credits were left on the game he said he would go get a mgr. The mgr with big curly blonde hair approached didnt introduce her self or anything said "she (girl from the front) told me yall were upset bc yall had credits i said no were not upset we just wasnt aware yall were closing but if theres nothing u can do could u switch out the toys she said no! No swapping. I said ive been to other locations before never had an issue with swapping she said yeah no we dont do that and shoves a 10 dollar voucher for our next visit at me. With the amount of employees that had walked passed us before it shut down why were we not told anything the mgr being one of them or employees so focused on their phones to help. And the way that the mgr handled the situation I was appalled even if she couldn't do the swapping her way of resolving issues definitely needs some training. We will not be back at this location again!
