Oh Em Gee. If you are wanting GREAT service, healthy food and great people? You’ve come to the right place. I absolutely LOVE cava. And all the employees that work there, especially (Jess) now that girl, can make some flat breads, that’s for sure 😏 she’s extremely nice and patient with all your orders! Matter fact I think subway is out of the picture now. CAVA . CAVA. CAVA

Great friendly staff with great recommendations. I didn’t catch the name but the younger man that made me his favorite order was great!

I recently tried cava for the first time, and I was hesitant to order my meal and Jayden’s great service was was there to guide me and assist me with whatever I wanted and he was able to guide me throughout the entire line with whatever I needed help with. He was super patient with me and he was overall just great and hard working, Thank you Jayden!

Caveat: I came in at 8:45pm, fifteen minutes before close. Food: Everyone knows Cava’s food is delicious, no complaints there. I do wish they’d include the Pita slice rather than me having to ask for it. Service: Sophia was nice and engaged in the work, I appreciated her service. Atmosphere: Extremely uncomfortable. It felt like there was a tension that you could slice with a knife among the employees. They weren’t working together or communicating. No one seemed to be enjoying themselves. It genuinely makes me not want to return.

I visited this CAVA location and had a deeply disappointing experience due to the manager on duty. When I accidentally pointed near the sneeze guard, the manager chose to loudly yell at me in front of other patrons rather than politely or professionally addressing the situation. Even worse, while lecturing me about food safety and health risks, this same manager was standing on the employee side, leaning over and talking directly down onto the uncovered food line. Yelling at customers while exhibiting the exact same unhygienic behavior—talking and projecting droplets directly over open food pans, is a massive double standard. There are professional, respectful ways to communicate store policies without publicly berating paying customers, especially when management fails to practice the basic food safety standards they claim to enforce. You need to train yout staff better and hold them accountable. I see others doing same point while at the store yet no comment but for some reason decided to isolate me !
