  This place is absolutely amazing, the customer service is wonderful and the employees are so interactive with the customers, this is my new favorite place definitely recommending to friends and family. Aidan was my server and he was the best.

  Portion gouging at this location is crazy. Compared to Fay and Tulsa location. My bowl barely filled. They shake off and do less of the scoop itself. Not worth it. Support your local brands that treat you and your money better.

  I have passed by Cava several times in the past and for some reason never wanted to even take a look at the Menu no offense to the building designers but the building decor never drew me in. Today I was specifically looking for Mediterranean cuisine and the Cava menu looked amazing. I was pleasantly surprised not first by the food but by the service. I was greeted by Maria who was very attentive and walked me through all my options. They we're semi busy but Maria was patient with my indecisiveness and helped me customize my spicy chicken avocado pita. Maria took care of me from start to finish even though I kept asking for more ingredients and some how she fit it all into one Pita and then she even upsold me on the phenomenal pita chips and the cucumber mint fresh juice oh and the garlic lime cilantro dip which she so rightly suggested I try (everyone should). I will definitely be back for the menu and will keep coming back because of the service keep being awesome Maria!

  First time here at this location and it was so nice! Staff was so polite and helpful! We got to try their new Pita flavor the Harissa BBQ Chips and it was very fire. Derek was so helpful with the menu and even letting us sample new foods!

  There was a stressful situation with cava today where their system went down they lost a lot of online orders, they were slammed. My order was long and I didn’t have the patience at that moment to re-order. I asked for a refund after trying to call Cove corporate; Which you can’t get a hold of anybody they ask you to email them. Issac (I believe his name was, lightly tattooed with an earring) went through the trouble of re ringing my large order, having to split it into two separate refunds. All while people & orders piled up behind me, he stayed so calm and was so kind through the whole process. I’m really grateful for his effort to make the situation right. Isaac needs a raise because that was hella stressful.
