    Placed pickup order. Went to drive thru. Gave my name. Was required to share my last name. Didn't care for that. Note there were virtually no customers around. I was the only one in line. Got to the window. An older lady looks at me with shake in hand that is clearly not mixed all the way. Pauses for an uncomfortable amount of time. Then makes me give my name again. Despite being the only one around. This is the same person who asked for my name at the speaker. Hands me what I ordered. Then says have a nice day. I guess I didn't say you too loud enough and then as I pull away she says "Or not" Reminds me why I rarely come to this location.

    I love me a good Ham and Swiss melt. Everytime i come here Michelle is always so nice and always makes my order perfect! I come here way too much and she’s always there working hard when I go, no matter the day or time! Definitely my go-to Arby’s now:)

    Crew was working in the back, I was the only one in the restaurant, and nobody in the drive through. Made eye contact with staff NUMEROUS times while waiting at the counter to order. They made NO EFFORT to acknowledge me in any way. After a long wait, I told them to just keep working, and they shouldn’t worry about me. 🤣 Maybe the woman who is identified on the front door as the manager takes pride in not serving her customers. At least nobody has ever complained about the food quality because nobody has been served? “Zero served since 1972” should be proudly displayed on their marquee.

    I will never visit this arby's again. Four years, every time i've gone here, the service has been slow and the food has been not good. Decided to give it another try tonight. Pulled up and put in my order. Saw the guy in the car ahead, yell something, and then drive off. I pulled up and the lady said, do you ever have days when people are just mean to you. Try not to be judgmental, but she was definitely high on something. Then, told me I needed to pull up because it was going to take a little time for my jalapeno.Poppers. i pulled to the front of the store. I then patiently waited fifteen minutes until the lady came out and asked me what my order was again? I thought she was bringing me my food, so I told her my order. I then waited another seven minutes and walked inside the store to basically get a refund. At that very moment, the lady was coming at the door as well, and she handed me the food. I then said what about my drink. One of the other ladies says, go ahead and give him a large for his wait. I told her that's great, but I ordered a large so that's what i'm supposed to get anyway. She then hands me the cup. I said, what's the point of me going through a drive through if I have to go ahead and fill my own cup and get my own food. She said sorry i'm just really busy. The thing is, not one person came in to that store.While I was waiting. Busy doing what? And then tell me, I have to get my own drink? And here is the icing on the cake, the jalapeno poppers that i was waiting on were not in the bag. This is so ridiculous and arby's.I want to refund. I want my money back, and your staff is high.And doesn't know what they're doing. They're driving your restaurant into the ground.
