  Third time I have either called or used app ahead of time and had to wait after the time app stated or verbal time. In or near May 2026, I arrived three minutes earlier than the app stated it would be ready. I waited two minutes and checked in. Ten minutes later they brought the food. I was in a rush to get back on the road. The food was that horrible taste between hot and cold and the drink was on the hot side. They gave me BBQ sauce instead of marinara for the cheese sticks. I understand sometimes you have to wait, but when I wait ten minutes and the food isn’t scorching my tongue that doesn’t work.

  Worst Sonic ever and I actually live in Prescott! It used to be really good maybe 20 years ago. Now there’s a long wait for your food. Your food is bound to be over cooked or undercooked if you’re ordering corn dogs. I just waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers, a drink, and a small 4pc mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks are listed on my receipt but not in my bag. This place has become a joke.

  Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered on the app at 2:52 and I’m still sitting in the parking lot at 3:40 with no response to the intercom at my stall or any other. Parking lot and drive thru has been packed for the entire time and no one’s intercom has been answered, drive thru not being answered, and I’ve already paid for my food and with nobody answering or coming out I can’t get a drive thru! Do Not come to Prescott sonic!

  This milkshake is like litterally so good. The chocolate milkshake was the correct level of slurpyness and the cherries were top tier good job employees :3 have a nice day
