  Always check your bag for everything you ordered. If I drive off without checking there is a 50% chance I'm missing at least some of what I paid for. Of the last 6 visits I have just paid and gone home to see just how often it happens. Literally 50% I paid for something I didn't get. Food is good when it's in the bag and when I let them know I'm missing something there is never any hassle they just give me what I need.

  4 burritos. 2 sauce packets. Youd think theyre paying for them personally. Go to the one in Farmington or just get a slice at Caseys to hold you over til home.

  Worst customer service in the area. Will not even acknowledge you are standing right there at the counter needing help. Can't rate the food when I didn't get any.

  We could not get any staff member to make eye contact. After entering our order they system lost it and wanted us to start over. We left. This is our third time to try this location just to end up leaving. I wish they were like the Farmington location!

  Worst location EVER!! Went to Taco Bell’s main website to report. Honestly shocked at how bad this could possibly be. There’s never been a single time where something wasn’t, forgotten, wrong, or just totally disgraceful in the name of the Bell. I hope they can get their act together or it’s just worth it to drive to Farmington. Photos of the last few times I’ve been there because seriously it’s just continued to decline. 💔💔
