An employee by the name of Heather is often very cross and rude and makes an order experience feel negative. Today, however, was the worst. I do not write reviews often, and I would not have if not for what I witnessed today. I witnessed Heather openly berating and verbally attacking another employee, it was enough to be distracting and sounded incredibly harsh. I then saw the victim of her yelling standing in tears not long after. The fact that this Sonic has allowed someone like that to continue to work here for a such a length of time, as her poor attitude reflects this is not the first incident like this, is honestly disheartening.

Avoid this location. The quality of this place has taken a landslide. I'm not sure if it's management or slacker lazy kids who can't read or follow simple instructions. If it's management, they need a new manager, if it's the workers, they need to fire everyone and start over. If it's regional management, they need to be fired. The food is cold, the orders are wrong, everything about this location is horrible.
I ordered, they got it wrong and my fries were cold. I hit the button and explained they got my order wrong. They replaced the burger, fresh and it was still wrong. They replaced the fries and they were still cold. They can't seem to understand that stale fries/tots are unacceptable and they decided just getting another serving out of the same exact batch instead of preparing a new order was the answer.
They also wanted the original order back. So yeah, bad service, bad food and a waste of time.
The waitress was very nice and I felt bad for her because she seemed like she was smart. The rest of the staff on the other hand just need to be fired.

Service was great. Car hop gladly went back inside to grab me some ketchup. Didn't hesitate when I asked.
