  I'm usually satisfied with the service and food at this location, but today's experience was AWFUL. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for onion rings, cheese sticks and cheddar peppers. The onion rings were a slumped up mess and the cheese sticks (large order) had not one bit of cheese. They were literally all tube of empty over cooked crunch. Had I opened that bag before I got home, I would have returned for a complete refund. $24.71 of waste! Ridiculous.

  Curious why the restaurant isn’t fixing their slushy and ice cream machines? It’s inconveniently down often. Bad management and/or bad employees who don’t want to make shit?

  My DoorDash was missing labels on the drinks but I believe that people can make a place better and Charmiya is doing that and more ,asked me and my passenger how our day was very mindful of others didn’t lose her temper I just love seeing people who enjoy life I just couldn’t go without praising her the only way I can on here

  This store needs to be shut down! The service is awful! They never have anything available. Every single time I come, they don’t have items listed on the menu. I don’t know how this restaurant is still running. I can go across town to the other sonics and they will have better service and everything that’s being offered. This restaurant is not cheap so I do not understand why it is so poorly operated. I pulled up to this speaker. Push the red button and still wait. Five minutes before anyone even asked you to wait another five minutes! This is ridiculous. We literally hate this restaurant.
