I just can't even. All the tacos looked like this. live 5 mins from the store and none of the food especially the promotions are made right.

Lobby wasn’t clean. We had to clean our own table which an employee supplied the rag, soda station had spilled soda all over it, tea lids were only half on which allows derbies inside, overall just dirty. I’ve worked at Taco Bell in the past so I get being busy but we were the only ones eating in the lobby. Hard shell taco was soggy. I don’t normally leave reviews when I’m unhappy but this was all around an unpleasant visit. Could just be the shift that was working, maybe it’s not normally this way. However feel the need to pre warn anyone thinking about eating at this Taco Bell on a Saturday at 1pm!

Dined in tonight. I usually get it to go but soooo often my order is wrong and I don't notice it till I'm eating it at home. Ugh. Tonight, I placed my order at the screen inside. Food came out fairly fast and was correct, hot and fresh!!! Got a black bean supreme crunch wrap and some nacho fries. Got all the upgrades I ordered and even the sauces I wanted. Restaurant was a tad dirty (several dirty tables that needed wiping) but the bathroom was clean, condiments filled and one of the napkin slots was filled as well. Dine on or check your order before you leave.

Went through drive thru. Order was wrong and the meat in the tacos was so greasy that the taco shell was not even crunchy. It was so saturated with grease it fell apart. Never again
