  Just sat for over 30 minutes and never got our order. Press the button to ask for a refund and was given attitude and not even an apology. This is by far the worst sonic in pea ridge, i knew better to go here but was hoping for better service. Customer service here is terrible and by far the worst sonic in the area

  Orders 2 small blast. Had to press the red button twice to get service. Took 30+ minutes for 2 small ice creams.

  I live between 2 sonic locations and have had a lot of issues with one location. Decided I didn’t want to deal with what I knew was going to be bad and went a little further to Pea Ridge Sonic instead. I have to compliment my carhop Rachel today, food came out timely, all our special ordered drinks came out correct, and Rachel was super nice interacting with me. I had to give this location their recognition of a great sonic experience!
