Took 45 minutes to get our food, but they dropped everything to give food to some dude that walked in and ordered. When we got our food we didn’t get our drinks, when asked they gave the wrong drink 3 times. The other taco bell sucks but it’s better than this one.

Employees are rude, dont help you when standing at counter, yell across the store at you, use shortstaffed as an excuse for being rude
Restaurant it self is fine, good decor when the food itself is made correctly it tastes good, but the service staff is completely lacking in manners. After self-checkout my group stood waiting simply for someone to get a cup. Every member of staff took a quick glance at the front desk and didn’t say a word of acknowledgment or even a hello, I understand being busy but you don’t have to be rude. All 3 staff members Just simply glanced at us and looked away. When confronted about why they won’t give us a cup the leading staff member said they was understaffed and only had about 3 people in the building. To me and my group they seem to mainly prioritize the drive through which Is fine but some of the people who went inside and wasn’t apart of my group was there for lunch break and had to quickly get a worker to put their finally finished food in a bag instead of being able to sit at a table for there hour lunch. My group was also there for a one hour lunch so we where on a time crunch.
Absolutely terrible! Order was 30 minutes late from pick up time and missing items. The food was ice cold. The crunchy tacos were soft and fell apart because they were so soggy. Will NEVER choose this location again.

TL;DR: Go to Brookland or the other side of town.
Multiple orders have shown me there is an issue with understanding how to fix menu items at this location. A good example is the 5-layer beefy burrito. When constructed it should have beef layers due to how it's rolled that allow a little of each ingredient in each bite. The last few I've had have been layered end to end so that you only eat one later at a time unless you come in from the side with many small bites.
Food temperature is fine, but the issues extend to forgetting ingredients, missing items, or using too little of an ingredient (see the pictures spicy potato taco with a few pieces of a potato on roughly a third of the tortilla).
It's not always this bad, but when it happens it's bad.
