  Ordered all of my shakes modified for no whip cream and no cherrys, every single one had whip cream and cherrys. On top of that im allergic to cherrys and peanut butter. My cookies and cream milkshake had peanut butter in it. I would not choose sonic to go to if you have any kind of allergies. They do not consider that when preparing the food!!!!

  Food was ok and service was pretty quick, but they messed up my drink, I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper no ice and got a normal Dr Pepper with ice. Also I got sick maybe 2 hours after I ate the food, definitely related to the food I’d say.

  We are here visiting friends from out of town and always get Sonic when we come to see them. Our order for 4 people wasn’t that complicated and it took forever for us to get our food. Our order was wrong and we were missing two items. My wife pressed the button and got a response of “we’re working on it.” Waited another 10 minutes with no update and pressed the button again. Same response. Our friends who arrived ten minutes after us also had an incorrect order and theirs got fixed before ours. They had been gone ten minutes. I finally had to get out of my car and go and open them door and ask what the deal was. I asked for my money back and my food “magically” appeared ready. Would ask the owner for a full refund but we don’t live in the state. Fix this please. They had 8 people working and were not that busy.

  Ordered a burger and it had a hair under the melted cheese, so we didn't eat that at all. Also ordered a milkshake and for some reason tasted like they spilt salt in it. Been craving Sonic so this was utterly disappointing.

  I tried to order a #3 cheeseburger and whoever was on the mic wanted to know what I wanted on it. I said a #3! She wanted to know what I wanted on it. Ive been to dozens of Sonics all over the south east US and have never been asked what I want on a #3. I finally said a #3 has mayo and ketchup and she asked "just mayo and ketchup?". That's when I decided to try the Mexican restaurant
