  i ordered a lemonade with mango purée, and peach flavoring. I take a sip of my drink, and it’s a water with mango flavor! Someone must of not been paying attention tonight. I’m very upset

  Not even an apology Placed my order, noticed it didn't pop up on the screen. I waited for a while, I figured they might have put it on a different stall. I called back, told her I had already placed an order, but it didn't come up on the screen. She said. "Ok". wait a few more minutes, called back, they told me that they had been looking for me and had went to every stall. Mind you, they are not busy. Someone brings me my food, and takes my bosses card (the business card he gives us to get lunch)to go run it. No apology, nothing. Hands me the receipt and leaves. Also weird, the payment method on the receipt says cash. I paid with a credit card. Extremely unprofessional.

  Ordered all of my shakes modified for no whip cream and no cherrys, every single one had whip cream and cherrys. On top of that im allergic to cherrys and peanut butter. My cookies and cream milkshake had peanut butter in it. I would not choose sonic to go to if you have any kind of allergies. They do not consider that when preparing the food!!!!
