  I genuinely believe this place should be shut down and disappear. It would greatly benefit the entire town. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

  This place is horrible they will turn the mic off on you have while they your order take 45 minutes to bring out your food always have a bad attitude. Have of the time they don’t answer the mic. Need better workers in this building.

  I waited 30 MINUTES for an order that I ultimately NEVER EVEN RECEIVED. The first time I tried to get someone on the headset, it took 6 minutes just for someone to answer. After that, I tried again, and the headset literally rang for 15 straight minutes with nobody answering. Thirty minutes of sitting there waiting, only to walk away with no food and no explanation, is completely unacceptable. I understand places get busy, but this was beyond busy — this was just terrible customer service and a complete lack of communication. If you don’t have enough employees to take orders or serve customers, that’s one thing, but leaving someone sitting there for half an hour without even acknowledging them is ridiculous. Absolutely will not be wasting my time here again.

  Order a number 4 add bacon. Burger was cold. Ordered tots got 5 tots and the rest was fries. Called to resolve the problem. One worker acted as if he was the manager told him my problem he hung up on me. Called back talked to Shelby and her was response was I’m sorry. If they stop playing out there cause that’s what was going on maybe the service would be better. I hope this reaches the managing partner. He going to lose a lot of business. I will not be going back

  Got hung up on trying to order my food tried to click the button again it stopped flashing then tried a third time same thing happened everyone else is getting in and out and I can’t even get my lunch for work
