  After reading all the reviews there's not much left for me to say. Everyone has the same problem as me. That's why I know longer go there. Corporate should close this place it's an embarrassment to your chain of restaurants. All other sonics in a 20 to 40 mile radius are great. They answer the call button. They take your order. They deliver the food to your vehicle in a timely manner. All staff is nice and curtuis. You don't get that kind of treatment in osceola. This place has bad management and most likely bad money management by the manager and can't produce the food to fill orders is why they won't take the order or deliver the order to the vehicle. Corporate please help. Close this place and put someone in there that wants to work.

  I love Sonic, but this location is really disappointing. The customer service is poor, and the food often comes out cold and sloppy. It takes forever to get a response on the intercom. This has been the case every time I visit. It’s definitely time for new management and staff to improve the experience. They really need to look into these issues. It’s better at other locations like Manila and others. This location really needs to step up its game to match the quality and service I’ve experienced elsewhere.

  The food was excellent as always, but the wait was horrible. If you’re in a hurry avoid lunch and dinner rush at sonic. Everyone was kind though.

  I ordered a milkshake at 5:45 PM today, waited until 6:10 and never received then my screen cleared. Stall 14. Horrible place. It was also paid for. Your welcome for the donation.
