  I waited 30 MINUTES for an order that I ultimately NEVER EVEN RECEIVED. The first time I tried to get someone on the headset, it took 6 minutes just for someone to answer. After that, I tried again, and the headset literally rang for 15 straight minutes with nobody answering. Thirty minutes of sitting there waiting, only to walk away with no food and no explanation, is completely unacceptable. I understand places get busy, but this was beyond busy — this was just terrible customer service and a complete lack of communication. If you don’t have enough employees to take orders or serve customers, that’s one thing, but leaving someone sitting there for half an hour without even acknowledging them is ridiculous. Absolutely will not be wasting my time here again.

  Order a number 4 add bacon. Burger was cold. Ordered tots got 5 tots and the rest was fries. Called to resolve the problem. One worker acted as if he was the manager told him my problem he hung up on me. Called back talked to Shelby and her was response was I’m sorry. If they stop playing out there cause that’s what was going on maybe the service would be better. I hope this reaches the managing partner. He going to lose a lot of business. I will not be going back

  Got hung up on trying to order my food tried to click the button again it stopped flashing then tried a third time same thing happened everyone else is getting in and out and I can’t even get my lunch for work

  After reading all the reviews there's not much left for me to say. Everyone has the same problem as me. That's why I know longer go there. Corporate should close this place it's an embarrassment to your chain of restaurants. All other sonics in a 20 to 40 mile radius are great. They answer the call button. They take your order. They deliver the food to your vehicle in a timely manner. All staff is nice and curtuis. You don't get that kind of treatment in osceola. This place has bad management and most likely bad money management by the manager and can't produce the food to fill orders is why they won't take the order or deliver the order to the vehicle. Corporate please help. Close this place and put someone in there that wants to work.
