Don’t go there just yet. I ordered online because I knew it was going to be busy. I set it for an hour, then pick up. When I went an hour later to get it. Order still was not ready and wasn’t being cooked. She said it would be another 40 minutes. I got a refund. Never got my food. The issue I have is the appearance. Employees smoking outside the store is a big turn off when getting food. With a store opening they should have more management there to get things situated. I won’t be back because Wingstop chicken isn’t that good to be waiting 2 hours to get. I just hate they put it in that shopping center where I frequent the Jersey Mike’s, it screws up parking.

I visited this location yesterday for its opening day, and while I enjoyed the food, I was disappointed by the staff’s professional appearance. The cashier (man) had long nails that appeared dirty, which was unpleasant to see in a food service setting. Employees at the front counter create customers’ first impression, so cleanliness and personal grooming matter. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed similar issues at several other Wingstop locations, and this has sometimes made me hesitant to visit. I wanted to give this new location a chance, so it was disappointing to have the same concern on opening day. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and pays closer attention to hygiene and staff presentation.
