  They never have my order ready on time I understand that it’s supposed to be fresh but if it’s supposed to be ready at 1:15 that’s what I expect not anytime after that

  5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is one of the best Whataburger locations in Central Arkansas. The leadership at this store is outstanding, and it shows in every aspect of the customer experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, the team is friendly and professional, and the food is fresh and prepared with care. One thing I especially appreciate is the quality and consistency of their chicken products. Whether it’s a chicken sandwich, chicken strips, or any of their chicken meals, the food is always fresh and served hot. What truly sets this location apart is the hospitality. You can tell there is a strong culture of taking care of both customers and employees. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure guests leave satisfied. If you’re looking for a Whataburger location that consistently delivers great food, cleanliness, and excellent customer service, this is the one I would recommend.

  came into this Whataburger after having a very stressful and disappointing experience elsewhere, and honestly, my day was not going well at all. By the time I arrived, I was frustrated, exhausted, and just needed a positive interaction. One of the employees, I believe her name was Dae’Jah completely changed that for me. From the moment she greeted me, she had the warmest smile and the kindest attitude. She was patient, professional, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in making sure guests feel welcome, but she absolutely did. What may have seemed like a simple act of kindness to her meant so much more to me. She turned a difficult day into a much brighter one just by showing compassion, respect, and excellent customer service. Her positive energy was contagious, and she reminded me that there are still amazing people who truly care about others. I want management to know that employees like DaeJah are the reason customers keep coming back. She went above and beyond, represented Whataburger exceptionally well, and deserves recognition for the impact she has on customers. Thank you, Dae’Jah for your kindness and for turning one of my worst days into one of my best. Your beautiful smile, caring personality, and outstanding service did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate you, and I hope you receive the recognition you deserve! ❤️🍔✨

  Exceptional customer service! It’s rare that you go to a fast food place with and leave with 0 complaints! I will be back to this location for sure. 10/10 recommend.
