  Every time I order from them i expect sonic quality not McDonald quality every time I order a burger it’s smashed soggy and wet and also milkshakes they can’t even blend it properly on the bottom is caked with Oreos can’t even drink it completely waste of money not gonna come here again.

  Sonic employees were very kind and made sure to put plenty of sauces. I ordered 4 $7.00 big meal deals. The food didn't seem fresh it was barely room temperature and my bun was soggy. My family and I was so tired and hungry from driving all day were on vacation and was looking forward to a better and warm meal. Maybe next time....

  Terrible experience. I ordered a shake through the app, checked in and waited for over 10 minutes, eventually telling a car hop I had a mobile order. I still never got my order so I left because I didn’t have time to sit there any longer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. This is probably one of the worse locations I’ve been to, in general.

  Went to get 2 milkshakes around 9 o’clock from this location, ordered ahead on the app. not even living 5 minutes away i arrive and is handed a melted watery shake and another small shake with a horrible, bitter, and disgusting taste. When asked POLITELY to remake the shakes the worker instead takes the shakes inside waits around for a little and hands me the same shake i gave him. Upon arrival to my home I then had to throw the drinks away because of the taste which resulted in me wasting my money. Then the next morning I call corporate for a refund and is told there is nothing they can do in that moment and I would receive a call back, after days and weeks of waiting SURPRISE! I get no call back, I call for 2 days straight and on the first day the automated message says they are closed during business hours. So i call again the next day and this time the voice is saying i have less than 1 minute of wait time and end up sitting and waiting on the phone for 15 minutes before it eventually hung up. 0/10 worst location i’ve ever been too.
