  The pizza tonight was alot of thick crust. More crust than pizza. The pepperoni looked like it was being rationed. There wasn't even pepperoni on some of the slices. It was a pepperoni pizza!! Its like the employees dont care at all. Probably spending time smoking and playing on their phones. Sad. Both pizzas were not cooked completely. This is the third time in a row we got bad pizza. I cannot waste money on bad. Time to move on. Bye Pizza Hut.

  I was in & out of the store in a timely manner. I had help from a phenomenal employee by the name of Brandon. We need more people like him. He offered several promotions and was so polite that I ended up buying more than expected. I definitely would shop here again!

  I ordered carry out came and had 4 mins until food was supposed to be ready. My food was made wrong and I was offered free sauce as an apology! I had a 40.00 order! My wings were wrong so they remade them while my other food got cold! I asked for a refund they hesitated twice and kept asking was I sure!

  I've had a similar problem when ordering only from them using the app at this location. I request toppings, they either screw up the toppings or they give me no toppings. They do not like giving refunds and they will trick you into ordering a "redo" pizza and hit you with a full charge AGAIN for fixing their mistake. I've reported them twice out of the 3 times to the pizza hut franchise. This last time, they earned a long winded detailed report. They tortured 2 drivers with their mistake and their greed and made me drive my butt to their pizza place to return a pizza they told me to keep to wait for my re-do to come. The girl told the driver it was free the last time for the redo. The company called the manager and he said they have to charge me. Called the girl again and she hung up on the driver company and then her shift ended and I basically got stuck with a cheese pizza that I didn't want because they told us to keep it and my wife opened it. Brought back the pizza I actually ordered and they refunded me for 1 pizza. The young guy taking the girl's place said he had no idea and he just walked into the mess and the manager did not want to let it go. I get that you guys have dirty freeloaders scamming you or whatever, but if you keep screwing me out of my money and my food and then my time, you lose your real customers too. I have reported them, I am telling friends to avoid, and I will not go back there. I don't know what kind of crap they're running.
