I was told it came with 4 brownies or cookies (I had already looked at the online menu so I knew this wasnt not true) I asked the cashier if she was sure and she said yes. I told her brownies then. After I paid and tipped her she asked the other girl in the drive-thru if it came with cookies or brownies and I overheard her say no. Instead of the cashier telling me it did not in fact come with brownies she just continued on. I waited for sometime then the Drive-Thru person not the front cashier finally brought out my order. The bowls of pasta we're less than halfway full. The food was not horrible tasting but not the best either. The pasta tasted old. The sauce was really good though and so are the breadsticks. I think the price for the family meal is a good deal if they actually give you enough pasta lol.

We KNOW Fazoli's is a chain, and the food isn't prepared exactly like the Italian food we get in New York, BUT IT WAS HOT, DELICIOUS AND SERVED EXPEDITIOUSLY WITH GREAT HOSPITALITY!! Big smiles were served along with our wonderful meals!!! MY GOODNESS! We thoroughly enjoyed the baked spaghetti and baked ziti with side salads and breadsticks! Piping hot and fresh! Scrumptious! The service was more than exceptional! Haven, who took our order and Junior, I believe the owner, kept checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our meals. Another team member, I believe her name was Jamie? also came by to make certain we had all we wanted. They were so attentive and friendly! We loved it! It can be challenging to find BOTH good food and good service these days, but they hit it out of the ballpark for us!! Thank you all so very much! You made our day! Keep up the great work gang!
