What stood out most was his ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly while still staying friendly and focused. Even during busy moments, he kept a positive attitude and made the experience enjoyable. Definitely someone who represents great service and professionalism.

Also each time I order through the app ahead of time yet my order is NEVER ready when I arrive. Lastly it's a pain to get in and out of. This will be my last time coming here...managers holding up the counter on their phones smh. Well below standard. And there was barely any chicken in my wrap. Definitely not going back!

When i and a friend pulled up the employee said my name and handed me a bag. I ordered two ice cream cups and a brownie. He handed me a brownie. I asked about the ice cream and he handed me a cone. I explained it was two cups. He turned and said to the manager, a young girl, that i had an attitude. At this point i got one. I asked why would i not have one if he was gonna treat me like that and the manager laughed at me. She then told me to pay again. I explained i had already paid or my order wouldnt be up. She replied "when you pay you will get your ice cream." And laughed again. I hope they have cameras and can watch how rude and disrespectful these employees are and how they mocked and laughed and escalated the situation til i just left. I will never return to chick fil a. Horrible service. Drove across the street and received excellent service at freddy's. My friend will never return either.
