  So I’m not a coffee drinker . Large amounts of Caffeine makes me quite ill. I still love a good hot chocolate. I drink one nearly every morning because I’m adding my collagen to it lol.. 7 Brew does have a good hot chocolate . I usually get it with double whip cream . My first order several weeks ago was amazing . My cup was full . My last several orders have not been as full. The customer service is awesome . It’s like Chick- Fil-A only at a coffee shop . I think they try to have small talk while you wait on your order which is ok but if my order isn’t up to par then the small talk doesn’t make up for that . Today, they actually did give me the whip cream and I could actually see it unlike other days . The issue is once it’s melted I don’t have a full drink . 🫠maybe I should do it without the whip and just add my own.

  I come here regularly, not the first time on the night shift specifically, cars who’s are just pulling in get orders in before cars who have been patiently waiting.

  We love coffee but there is zero quality control on drinks at this location. We order the same drinks and everytime they taste extremely different. But today was the last straw for my family, ordered 3 drinks and all tasted horrible. We will not be returning to this location.

  Lily is beyond amazing actually the whole team is awesome! As a frequent flyer, they always make my day better with their great attitudes, smiles, and even better drinks!

  I go here regularly and it’s great but today both coffees tasted terrible I think they rushed to put it together since they were busy. I didn’t have time to go back through but I would like 2 replacement coffees.
